{{{firstname}}}, I just returned from
a great trip to Costa Rica with the family. We spent half our trip
in the Quepos/Manuel Antonio are then headed South of Dominical for the
balance of the trip. Some exciting developments: we have
constructed an improved road in Vista Del Mar which is nothing short of
fantastic (www.CostaRicaLandTrust.com). We have what is considered the best access of any
development in the area and we have done it all ecologically.
Further, our property just outside of Quepos (www.MontanasyMar.com)
is coming along quickly; lot plans for Phase I will be completed May
1st and road construction is underway.

Vista Del Mar
Development Update
With all
the papers in order, infrastructure complete for each lot
property on Vista Del Mar and closings in process for several
lot properties, we are the process of transitioning from
construction to beautification.
That
being said, we just completed a major road upgrade making the
road wider and putting in concrete in some places. I will
have pictures of the completed project in a few days but for
now, take a look at the "in-process" photos. Click to
enlarge any photo.
We
were on the property for a fantastic sunset taken from lot #14
which is owned by Heidi Hirsh. Heidi was actually our
first buyer and she has a great parcel of property. We
have two other properties available that have very similar 180
views of the ocean in one direction and 180-degree views of the
mountains in the other direction.

In addition to the existing lots, we
have two more phases of ecological development we are working on
in Vista Del Mar. They include:
-
Phase II: The finca (farm)
property behind the front that has already been developed
which consists of 70 acres. There will be 10 to 12
properties which will average 6 to 7 acres each. Half
will have excellent ocean views that sit at 700 to 750 feet
of elevation. The balance will be mountain and valley
view properties.

-
Phase III: A green condominium
project. What we mean by green is that the facilities
will be built environmentally sound with re-cycled
construction materials, energy efficiency, and minimization
of green house gases emissions in the short and long term.
There will be between 8 and 12 total clustered units that
will feature an energy efficient pool and, of course,
amazing ocean views!

Montanas y Mar Development Update
| |
|
I was on the property last month and I continue
to be excited about this property and it's
potential to provide for a tranquil haven for
people to relax and enjoy the surroundings of
Costa Rica. We have constructed two
wonderful common areas that center around
waterfalls with gardens. One has a picnic
table and rancho (thatch roof covered area) as
will the other in the future.
Phase I is being
surveyed now and will have plans ready in the
next four to six weeks and maybe even sooner.
Road construction has started too. If nothing else, come visit this property just
to take a tour of the waterfalls and to see the
wonderful ocean views, plants and animals.
Expect to be greeted by monkeys! |
