1. My Next Trip -- February 15th to the 23rd

2. Marathon Run for St. Jude -- HELP MY TEAM

 

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a network dedicated to pursuing cures for cancer and they need our help. As a parent who has been blessed with healthy children, I could not imagine the experience of having a sick child with cancer. That is why I have decided to become a St. Jude Hero and participating in the ING Georgia Marathon, on March 25, 2007.

As a St. Jude Hero I am dedicated to raising money to help continue the research and care they provide for the the kids. We are running in honor of Shawna, the niece of a close friend. Shawna lost her battle with Nueroblastoma but St. Jude was able to provide her with world class care as well learn a great deal from Shawna's illness. 3. Montaņas y Mar Master and Phase One Plans

 

Pre-infrastructure parcels have been priced at $80K which is well below market for the area. Following the sale of a few initial properties, prices will increase to $100K+ per parcel, still below market. Further, we have preliminary master and Phase I plans complete and available for review. Montaņas y Mar is a 750-acre property located just minutes to the north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park. We are putting 375 acres or half of this property under permanent environmental protection to safeguard the rare Mono Titi and other indigenous animals, plants and insects.

The buyer who was going to purchase lots #5 and #6 on Vista Del Mar has decided not to complete his purchase for personal reasons.  His deposit has been returned and these two lots are back on the market.  Considered by most the best two lots on the property, they are now available for sale.  I have some old photos of these two properties that do not do the view justice so I will return with updated pictures from my February trip.  Email me if you want copies of these updated pictures.

5. Phase Two of Vista Del Mar Starting This Dry Season

With phase one infrastructure complete, we are planning phase two on the remaining 60+ acres.  Building will start on that part of the property this dry season and will include between 8 and 10 properties of which half will have sweeping ocean views.
