We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas
holiday and you are enjoying the time away from the office! Since
our last newsletter, which seems like yesterday, we have sold several
more pieces of property in Vista Del Mar (see update below). We feel
very fortunate that so many people have taken an interest in these
properties. We hope to see you in Costa Rica soon!
We have two other projects underway. One in
Tres Rios (www.altavistaCR.com)
on 75 acres and the other in Drake Bay (website coming soon) on 86 acres that
has almost 1 kilometer of beach frontage, called Arenas De Oro (Sands of
Gold). We have already sold one and two properties in each of these

Last year I was in Costa Rica four times --
I consider myself very fortunate. Not having been back in several
months, I am looking forward to my next trip in February.
I will be accompanied by my wife of 12+
years and our two daughters, Madeline (9) and Abigail (7). During
this trip we will be having some family fun as well as showing property.

Drake Bay - Two Properties Sold |

Since our last newsletter, we have sold two
properties on this very special Drake Bay property we call Arenas del
Oro (Sands of Gold).
This accessible beach property is located in
Drake Bay (about 1 hour drive from the proposed international airport)
with ocean views of the Pacific and Isla Caņo.
With much of the available beach properties
having already been sold and what is available being excessively
expensive, these properties are a great deal at this price. |

Things are moving along
in Tres Rios at the Alta Vista community. We had one individual take
advantage of the pre-infrastructure pricing and secure his one hectare (2.5
acres) lot. The lot that Bruce choose has a beautiful waterfall -- welcome
neighbor!
