We returned from a great trip to Costa Rica and we want to welcome some new neighbors -- Deena and Barry Berberich and Robert Sloan.  The weather and fishing were fantastic!  Read on for more update info...

Electrical Installation Complete!

With lights too!

Vista Del Mar Development Update

With the electrical installation complete, roads cut, plantels readied and the finishing touches being put on the water distribution systems and the planos due out from the Rehistro any day, the Vista Del Mar community is just about ready to build!

Those who have deposits on the property will be closing in the next 60 days.  Of course, I am biased but the community looks great.  We still have a few excellent properties remaining but they are selling fast.  For available lot properties and other information, go to:

62 Acre Finca (Farm) for Sale

As the Vista Del Mar development is quickly selling out, we have a large parcel in the back of the property that has dramatic ocean views and 270 meters of public road frontage.  For those of you who are looking to do a project, this property has excellent potential.

There are several "Ojos de Aqua" (aquifers) where the water sees the light of day for the first time.  These water sources have excellent flow of 5 gallons+ per minute. This property has 10 good lots on it.  For more details, click here or email us.

Hospital Construction Started on the South Coast

Construction of the high tech medical center in Cortez has started.  This will bring with it more traffic to the area (good and bad, of course).  The most important thing is that there will be top notch local medical care just a few kilometers away.  Also, for any of you US based docs who are proficient with Spanish, "consulting" opportunities will emerge.

I thought I had some pictures but can not find them on my camera.  I will forward pictures of the construction in a future newsletter.

Heading South - Panama!

In my humble and personal opinion, southern Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places on the planet.  The western or northern part of Panama is just as breath-taking.  I am headed to Panama this summer on a scouting trip to seek large parcels of property for "econological" development.

With the potential of the southern zone airport to be built between Palmar and Golfito, the border will be less than one hour away, making most locations in this part of Panama accessible within a couple of hours.  Panama is stable and has very good infrastructure.  To read more about Panama, go to the CIA Fact Book.

It has been said that this part of Panama is just like Costa Rica except ten years behind.  I will file a complete report with a photo journal when I return!  If you are interested in investigating development projects with me in Panama, click here.
