{{{firstname}}}, I hope you are enjoying your summer. I just returned from a trip to Costa Rica and Panama.  Panama is incredibly beautiful and future plans include a project development on the Panamanian coast in the next two to three years.

For now, total concentration is in Costa Rica -- read below for an update on Vista Del Mar which is completely developed and the plans are ready in the national rehistro (property registry). We are also starting a project in the Puerto Jimenez area which you will want to see.  Read on to get details -- contact us at anytime.  Saludos, Ben.

Puerto Jimenez Ocean and Mountain Views - Email me
 

Puerto Jimenez is a special area of Costa Rica; much less developed than most other areas, but it has the infrastructure to get around efficiently and access to the things you need for daily life.  The road from the Pan-America highway is being paved all the way to Puerto Jimenez which will cut the travel time in half.

Further, with the planned airport in Palmar/Sierpe (click here to request a copy of the most recent Tico Times article), access to this area will be a direct flight from the US, Canada and Europe, and approximately a 90-minute drive from the airport.  Lots are being parceled now and we are offering pre-infrastructure pricing of $100K for lots that will be a minimum of one-hectare (2.5 acres).

It gets even better!   The Osa Peninsula is 80+% Corcovado National Park (see map) which cannot be developed -- add in other forested areas that cannot be developed and you have less than a 10% land development area on the Peninsula.  This means that Osa Peninsula has a constriction of properties.  Those who buy now will be rewarded with short-term appreciation and exclusivity.

Puerto Jimenez is an outdoor playground: surfing, fishing, hiking in Corcovado, excellent beaches and more.  Contact me if you want to make a property visit to Puerto Jimenez.  You can see these and our other properties in the same trip without doing too much driving.  I've included some new pictures of the property below.

In addition to the excellent ocean views on the property, there is a large waterfall at the base of the property. We will have better pictures and video for the next newsletter. The pre-infrastructure offer is good for only the first two properties (one left), then the price will increase. When the property is built-out with infrastructure like Vista Del Mar, lots will be in the $150 to $225K range.

Vista Del Mar - Infrastructure Complete, Planos Ready
 

We have completed the eco-style build out in Vista Del Mar -- The water distribution system is complete, electricity installed, drainage in place, lot pads cut and the road is complete on the primary part of the property. 

The final planos have been submitted to the national Rehistro and several already have official recognition.  The balance will have official recognition in the next couple of weeks.  If you have given us a deposit to purchase a property, we will contact you this week to set up final closings.
