Vista Del Mar has been an exciting and rewarding
project. As that project approaches completion and transitions to the
management stage, we are already starting our next project in Drake Bay and
are very excited! Pre-infrastructure properties are currently priced at
$100K for a one-acre beach or two-acre view lot.

This 86-acre property has almost one kilometer
of water frontage and as the name indicated, sands the color of gold
overlooking Drake Bay, the Pacific Ocean and Isla Caņo. Drake Bay is a true

Vista Del Mar Development Update |

Development and
build-out continues to march forward on Vista Del Mar. All the electric
poles have been installed and wires will be strung by the end of the
week, January 15th.
With road, water
and drainage complete, we are quickly approaching the competing of the
infrastructure in Vista Del Mar.
Additionally, the
new high-tech hospital that will be located four kilometers down the
Costanera continues to make progress as well.

Remaining property descriptions:

Lot 1A - $105K: The first property you
encounter when going up the hill to Vista Del Mar. Reaching this property
from the paved Costanera takes less than 90 seconds. Good ocean views, an
excellent building pad and large piece of property.

Lot 4 - $110K: While this property may be
smaller than most in Vista Del Mar, you could not tell that by the grand
vista. This property site in the front of the property provides 180-degree
ocean views and 180-degree mountain views.

Lot 7 - $110K: This large property of 5.5
acres has ocean view in the front with a large natural jungle area that
sprawls into the valley. A home built on this property could have ocean view
in the front and jungle/wildlife in the back.

hill.
